Chief Operating Officer

Daniel Wells is the Chief Operating Officer for Three Notch Group. Two decades ago, Wells began his career at Three Notch Group as an engineering intern. Since then, he has filled many roles, helping to guide clients and mentor team members along the way.

Wells has managed the design, construction engineering, and inspection of numerous projects throughout his 20 years of experience. His comprehensive knowledge of engineering design and in-depth understanding of regulations has served a variety of municipal and private clients. His design expertise has aided in the consistent delivery of projects on time and within budget.
