Three Notch Group is pleased to announce the appointment of John Kinnaird as Vice President of North Carolina. In this role, John will support the continued growth of the firm’s presence across the state while advancing client relationships and project delivery efforts in the region.
John currently serves as the Civil/Site Practice Leader for Three Notch Group. He brings extensive experience supporting complex site development and civil engineering projects and has worked closely with teams across the organization to deliver thoughtful, technically sound solutions for clients.
As Vice President of North Carolina, John will focus on strengthening regional leadership, supporting multidisciplinary collaboration, and aligning local initiatives with Three Notch Group’s broader strategic goals. His leadership will help ensure consistent service, technical excellence, and longterm value for clients throughout the state.
