Matt Hames, CTFA has been named Three Notch Group's first Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
As a trusted consultant, Matt has guided Three Notch Group's strategic planning efforts for over a decade, playing an integral role in the company’s initiatives and messaging. His leadership in strategic planning has strengthened the foundation for long-term success.
In his role as CGO, Matt will focus on pursuing new partnerships, integrating acquisitions, and expanding into new markets. He will also continue to guide the development of Three Notch Group's strategic plans while leading the design and implementation of the company’s brand strategy and marketing efforts. These initiatives will position Three Notch Group as an industry leader and foster growth and innovation across the organization.
Matt has over 25 years of experience in brand strategy and business model design. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and the professional designation of Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).
