The Cottages at Boone

Boone, NC

Due to a surge of growth at Appalachian State University, cottage-style student homes accommodating 900 students were developed atop mountainous terrain. All homes were supported with onsite water supply and wastewater treatment systems. Three Notch Group designed all aspects of the project, including the survey, environmental, soil evaluation, and civil/site development, within an expedited timeframe while providing environmentally responsible service.
