Scott serves as Three Notch Group's Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for defining short and long-term actions required to attain the firm’s goals. A planner, process designer and infrastructure professional with deep-rooted experience in public and private sector work, Trott has an extensive engineering background and a love for finding innovative ways to reach success.

As part of Three Notch Group’s executive team, Trott maintains a critical awareness of changing market conditions and client needs. He focuses on identifying opportunities where Three Notch Group can team with community and industry leaders to build the projects that leave a legacy worth celebrating.
